Dutch healthcare costs and book review Atkinson

Two new pieces I wrote are now online; one chapter on healthcare expenditures and budgeting in the Netherlands in an edited OECD book, and a book review on CES CritCom of Tony Atkinson’s “Inequality: What can be done?” (2015, Harvard University Press).

Myself

I am Programme Lead at the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, where I lead the work on promoting wellbeing among all citizens.

Prior to joining the CPB, I was economist at the OECD, research fellow at ODI and postdoc at Nuffield College at the University of Oxford. In addition, I have consulted for the World Bank, OECD, and the Global Fund, and I have been visiting scholar at Harvard University, Oxford University, and the World Bank Development Research Group.
